Shipping: within 48 working hours. During the holiday season, our preparation times may be longer due to the higher volume of orders.
Shipping costs: free from 90€ of purchase in metropolitan France, otherwise 3.9€
Free exchange until January 31, 2025 in metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Paid refund until January 31, 2025. The return costs amount to 3.90€ and are deducted from the total amount of the refund.
