What is Club Angarde?

The Club is the new Angarde loyalty program which allows each customer to accumulate points and access thresholds (Bronze, Silver, Gold and VIP) giving exclusive advantages. Each euro spent on the site or in store gives you 1 point. Each command generates a recalculation of your threshold. Your points are counted from the first order and are acquired for life.

Our loyalty program is omnichannel. You accumulate points for purchases made on the site and in store, provided that you provide your email address in store and that you are connected to your customer account to place an order on the site.

How to join the Angarde Club?

To be part of Club Angarde, you must have spent more than €200 including tax since your very first order.

How do thresholds work?

Each euro spent on the site or in store gives you 1 point. Each threshold requires a certain number of points to unlock exclusive benefits and gifts:

- Bronze: 200 points
- Money: 400 points
- Gold: 800 points
- VIP: +1200 points

You must be part of one of the thresholds to be eligible for the benefits. To find out if you belong to our loyalty program, and therefore to a threshold (Bronze, Silver, Gold or VIP), go to your customer account.

If you are not yet part of our loyalty program, we still count your points.

How are my points calculated when launching the program?

In order to be able to spoil you from the launch of the loyalty program, we have automatically credited you with the points corresponding to your online shopping history and not from purchases made since the launch of our program.

Can points expire?

No, once points are acquired, they do not expire. However, in the event of a refund of an item purchased, the corresponding points will be automatically canceled.

Where can I view my points & threshold?

You can view your points directly in your customer account. Secondly, you can consult this dedicated page to find yourself within the thresholds.

Why can't I see my points in my account?

Points from your last online order purchase will appear 30 days after your purchase. Before this deadline, your points are “pending”.

What happens in the event of an exchange or refund?

If you decide to return or cancel your entire order, your pending points will be automatically canceled.

If you decide to return or cancel part of your order, the outstanding points for the affected items will be deducted.

If you decide to exchange your item for another at a different price, your points will also be adjusted up or down.

How will I be informed about my benefits?

All your benefits will be sent to you by email. Feel free to sign up for our newsletter if you haven’t already.

Can I benefit from my in-store benefits?

It all depends on the advantage. The advantages linked to a percentage reduction on an order are possible in store. The basket of your order must be greater than 0€.
