General information
These general terms and conditions of sale apply between the company FRENCH PALS, SAS with a capital of 23,525 euros, having its registered office at 69 rue d'Aboukir, 75002 Paris, FRANCE, registered in France with the RCS of Paris under number 801117417, NAF code 1520Z, Intra-Community VAT number: FR44801117417, publisher of the website www.angarde.fr and owner of the ANGARDE brand, hereinafter: "FRENCH PALS", and on the other hand, any person making a purchase on the website www.angarde.fr, hereinafter: "The Customer". FRENCH PALS reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time by publishing a new version on the Site.
These general terms and conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between FRENCH PALS and the Customer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the FRENCH PALS merchant site, whether the Customer is a professional or a consumer. The Customer declares that they have the capacity to enter into this contract, i.e., that they are of legal age and not under guardianship.
The order by the Customer implies irrevocable acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, which prevail over all other general terms and conditions of sale not expressly agreed to by FRENCH PALS.
The sales contract is subject to French law.
Article 1: the order
The offers are only available to consumers with a delivery address in countries where FRENCH PALS delivers via a shipping service provider. The products presented on the site are valid while stocks last.
In the event of a debit or collection for the order of an unavailable item, FRENCH PALS undertakes to reimburse the Customer within fifteen (15) days, undertakes to notify by email the Customer who has ordered an unavailable item and reserves the right to cancel any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, in the event of a payment error or order that may result from a mistake.
Article 2: Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, FRENCH PALS cannot be held liable. The photos representing our products are for informational purposes only. These photos, like the texts illustrating the products, do not enter into the contractual scope. FRENCH PALS may, due to its suppliers, be required to deliver to the Customer an item of composition slightly different from that described but in any case of equal or superior quality to the item ordered.
Article 3: Prices
The prices presented on the website or online store are final. They are indicated in Euros (€) and governed by French law. They are inclusive of all taxes (VAT). They are guaranteed subject to typographical or printing errors. These prices do not include a fixed contribution to shipping and packaging costs. The total price of the order (including all taxes and shipping costs) is indicated in the shopping cart. Prices and fixed shipping conditions may be modified at any time, without notice, particularly in the event of changes in tax or economic data. Items will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered.
FRENCH PALS also offers a subdomain of its site for the United States: www.angarde.fr/en-us. This site displays prices in Dollars ($) and includes shipping fees.
Article 4: Payments
Products or services must be paid for in Euros (€) or in Dollars ($). Any bank fees incurred by the payment, regardless of the method, will be charged to the Customer. The goods delivered remain the property of FRENCH PALS until payment is received. The transfer of risk occurs upon delivery of the goods.
A. Various Instant Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include Credit Card (CARTE BLEUE / VISA / MASTER CARD, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Bancontact (for payments in Belgium).
B. Installment Payment
French Pals has partnered with Alma to offer Customers the option to pay for their purchase in 2 or 3 installments with no fees, starting from €50 including tax. Payments via Alma can be made using a VISA or MASTER CARD. Alma divides the order amount based on the following schedule:
- 1st installment: 1/3 of the total at the time of the order
- 2nd installment: 1/3 of the total 30 days after the order
- 3rd installment: 1/3 of the total 60 days after the order
Conditions for using the 2 or 3 installment payment option with a credit card:
- The total must exceed €50 including tax.
- The Customer must be a resident of metropolitan France.
- The Customer must be of legal age.
- Payment must be made with a Visa or Mastercard (excluding Electron, Maestro, e-CB, and prepaid cards).
- The credit card must be valid for 90 days following the first due date.
- The Customer must electronically sign a credit agreement valid for less than 90 days, for which they have a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the date of signing.
This "Installment Payment by Credit Card" option is offered during the payment selection process. The Customer will be directed to the Alma service, where they can read the terms and conditions before proceeding with the installment payment.
Financing is provided by Alma, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €370,307.87 (RCS Nanterre 839 100 575), located at 176 Avenue Charles De Gaulle, 92200 Neuilly-Sur-Seine, authorized by the ACPR under number 90786 - Contact: support@getalma.eu.
Article 5: Acceptance of the offer
Any order constitutes express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The Customer's validation of the order signifies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.
Article 6: Invoicing
The invoice is sent to the email address provided during the order. It is issued in accordance with the rates in effect on the day the order is placed. FRENCH PALS disclaims any responsibility for errors in customer information entered during the order.
Article 7: Delivery and transport
A. Shipping
Delivery times do not take into account order preparation time, which can vary from 24 to 48 hours (standard business days). Orders placed before 11 a.m. are generally prepared the same day. During holiday periods, sales, or collection launches, this period may be extended to 10 days. This period is given for information purposes only and remains subject to actual receipt of payment.
After one month from the date of the order, FRENCH PALS will issue a refund by check or bank transfer for any undelivered merchandise (excluding pre-order periods).
B. Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on location, the time of order, and the selected delivery method.
- For delivery in France : 2 to 4 business days depending on the selected method:
In a pickup point via Shop2Shop: 3 to 5 business days from the time of shipment. Note that if you choose delivery to a pickup locker, the processing time is 3 days (including weekends and holidays). If you choose delivery to a "classic" pickup point (such as a store), the time frame is 7 days.
To home: 2 to 3 business days from the time of shipment.
Express delivery via TNT: next-day delivery if the order is placed before 11:30 a.m. (except on Fridays, as there is no delivery on Saturday/Sunday or holidays).
- For delivery to the Euro zone : Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy: 3-5 days depending on the selected method. For the rest of the EU countries: 4-10 days depending on the country and method selected.
- For the US : 3-4 business days.
- For the rest of the world : 5-10 days depending on the method selected.
All these delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are counted in business days; they depend on the availability of carriers, the order of arrival of orders, and available stock. French Pals strives to meet the delivery times indicated at the acceptance of the order, except in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, frost, fire, storms, flooding, without this list being exhaustive. Exceeding these time frames cannot be held against French Pals, nor can it result in contract termination or any compensation for damages.
The risks of transportation are the responsibility of the Customer from the moment the goods leave the warehouse. The Customer must check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered items and immediately report any anomalies to French Pals if applicable. Any reservations should be noted on the delivery slip presented by the carrier and sent via email within 48 hours to: contact@angarde.fr.
If the delivery country is not part of the European Union, customs duties will be the responsibility of the Customer. French Pals has no control over these fees, which are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
C. Delivery costs
For delivery in metropolitan France :
- Delivery via Mondial Relay is free for purchases over €90 (otherwise €3.90). This option is also available for Belgium.
- Home delivery is available for €5.90.
- Express delivery costs €10.
For the Euro zone, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, home delivery costs €10, or express delivery costs €20.
For the US : free, no minimum purchase, with Fedex.
For the rest of the world, we offer express delivery for €20, except in the United States, where delivery is free.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal
The Customer has a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal from their order. The date of the postmark or the date of the receipt of availability constitutes the start date of this period. The return or cancellation can pertain to all or part of the order.
The Customer can make a return on the website or in the Angarde store at 80 rue d'Aboukir, 75002 Paris.
To exercise the right of withdrawal online, the Customer must notify FRENCH PALS of their decision to withdraw before the expiration of the period by making their request on the returns page. The Customer will be redirected to the Elyn interface, French Pals' partner for digital returns. The Customer has three return options: exchange for the same item, exchange for another item at a different price, or a refund.
In any case, the Customer must return the item(s) subject to the right of withdrawal to FRENCH PALS without excessive delay and no later than 30 days from delivery (except during the holiday season, when orders placed between November 14 and December 31 can be returned until January 31 of the following year).
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date French Pals is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw, either by crediting the credit card used for the purchase or through the debited PayPal or Apple Pay account. The refund will include the amount of the item(s) subject to the right of withdrawal, excluding shipping fees. In any case, this refund cannot occur before FRENCH PALS has received the item(s) returned by the Customer.
Damaged, incomplete, or soiled products will not be accepted or refunded.
A. Free Exchange from France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Luxembourg
Returns are free from metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and Luxembourg. The Customer has 30 days from the delivery date to make the exchange. After this period, no items will be exchanged. French Pals covers the return label (only for the first return slip).
The item must be returned in perfect condition. For shoes, insoles must be in very good condition, in the original box with the transport pouch and cork soles. The shoe box must not be used as a shipping box. For clothing, the item must be returned in its original packaging with the label.
B. Paid Refund from France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Luxembourg
Return costs of €3.90 are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted at the time of reimbursement.
C. Paid Returns from the US (refund or exchange)
You have 30 days to make your return request. The return shipping label is the customer's responsibility. To request your return, click the link below. Feel free to contact our customer service at contact@angarde.fr if you have any questions.Your item must be returned in perfect condition. For shoes, both the inner and outer soles must be in very good condition, and they should be returned in the original box along with the transport pouch and cork soles. Please do not use the shoe box as a shipping box.
For clothing, the item must be returned in its original packaging, with the tag attached.
D. Exchange and Refund from the Rest of the World
We do not offer exchanges for the rest of the world. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it for a refund and make a new purchase.

F. Refund Conditions in the Case of a Special Offer
If the Customer requests a return on one or more items ordered under a "duo pajama offer" or "special basket offer," and only one item is returned, the applied discount will be deducted from the amount refunded for the returned item.
If the Customer chooses to exchange for a more expensive item via the standard exchange (not instant exchange) and requests a refund for another item from the same order, the price difference between the two items will be deducted from the amount refunded.
If the item to be refunded is returned in poor condition and cannot be resold, the exchange for the other item will be canceled. The item intended for exchange will then be refunded, and the defective item will not be refunded and may be returned to the Customer at their expense.
Article 9: Obligation of the parties
FRENCH PALS, upon acceptance of an order, commits to sell and deliver the products ordered by the Customer according to the terms specified above. FRENCH PALS agrees to ensure that the products comply with French regulations.
The Customer agrees to provide FRENCH PALS with an address where delivery can be made. Providing personal information (name, address, phone number, email address, etc.) collected for the purpose of concluding the sales contract is mandatory. This information is essential for processing and delivering orders and for issuing invoices. Failure to provide this information will result in the non-validation of the order. In the case of an error in providing this information, FRENCH PALS cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product. In this situation, the Customer remains responsible for payment.
If an incomplete address is provided, resulting in the inability of the carrier to deliver, the Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with resending their order.

What type of personal information does Angarde collect?

The collection of the customer's personal data is necessary to process the order. This information is strictly confidential and is intended for the sole use of Angarde.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete their personal data. If the customer wishes to exercise this right, they simply need to write to FRENCH PALS - Angarde, 69 rue d'Aboukir, 75002 Paris, France, stating their full name, and address.
Angarde reserves the right to collect customer data through the use of cookies in order to improve the personalized service intended for the Internet user, and, if they wish, to transmit the collected information to commercial partners. Article 11: Liability
FRENCH PALS cannot be held liable for inconveniences and damages relating to the use of the Internet network, such as a break in service, the presence of computer viruses or external intrusions or more generally any cases qualified as force majeure by the courts.

Neither FRENCH PALS nor the Client shall be held liable for any breach of contract resulting from a force majeure event, including but not limited to war, riots, insurrection, transportation interruptions, import issues, strikes, shortages, fire, or earthquakes.
Article 13: Commercial offers
Commercial Offers
During commercial operations, FRENCH PALS must indicate the conditions. Offers are generally valid on www.angarde.fr and in store (80 rue d'Aboukir, 75002). Discounted prices will be the same online and in store. However, the product assortment may vary given the limited size of the store.
Gift offers are valid subject to stock and color availability. If the gift product is available in multiple colors, the Customer will not be able to choose the color. The Customer will receive the color that will be displayed in the shopping cart.
Gift offers are limited to one use per order.
If the Customer returns a product from their order and their cart falls below the minimum amount required to unlock the gift, then the gift must also be returned. If the Customer wishes to keep their gift, FRENCH PALS will deduct the amount of the gift value from the refund.
Competitions or events
As part of commercial operations such as competitions or events on the site https://angarde.fr/, the Customer agrees by participating to agree to give their email address to FRENCH PALS for the proper functioning of the operations. The data requested (email, first name, last name, etc.) are intended solely for the use of FRENCH PALS. This information is useful for keeping the Customer informed of winnings from commercial operations.
