For all orders placed between 11/14/24 and 12/31/24, exchanges or refunds are possible until 01/31/25, in mainland France.


Free exchange from France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Paid refund from France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Return costs of €3.90 are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted at the time of refund.

For the rest of the world, exchange and refund requests are also made on this page. The return label to be generated for the shipment is the responsibility of the customer. We will tell you what to do.

For shoes, the insoles and outsoles must be in very good condition, in the original box with the carrying pouch and the cork insoles. The shoe box must not be used as a shipping box.

For clothing, the item must be returned in its original packaging, with the label.

Be sure to put # in front of your order number.

Please note, after issuing the return slip, you have one week to drop off your package.
