Submit your return request right here (even without a customer account). Be sure to include a # before your order number.
Choose your preferred return option: exchange, store credit, or refund (depending on the country).
Prepare your package (by carefully following the instructions below), then print and attach the prepaid label (see below for the list of countries eligible for the prepaid label). You then have 7 days to drop off your package.
From mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands & Luxembourg
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to submit a return request. Except during the end-of-year period, when orders placed between November 12th and December 16th may be returned until January 15th of the following year.
1. Exchange: free of charge
2. Refund: the return cost of 3.90€ will be deducted from your refund.
From the rest of the world
You also have 30 days from the receipt of your order to submit a return request.
1. Exchange: not available.
2. Refund: you must submit your return request via our platform, but the return shipping label must be generated and paid for by you. We will provide you with the instructions and the address to which you should send your package.
Return conditions
For shoes: the insoles and outsoles must be in excellent condition, returned in the original box with the dust bag and cork insoles. The shoe box should not be used as the shipping box.
For clothing: the item must be returned in its original packaging, with the tag attached.
