Paid refund from France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and Luxembourg within 30 days. Return shipping costs of €3.90 will be charged to the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

For the rest of the world, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it for a refund and make a new purchase.
Refund requests are also processed via the link below, within 30 days. The return label to generate for shipping is the customer's responsibility. We will provide instructions for the return process.

For shoes, both the inner and outer insoles must be in excellent condition, inside the original box with the transport pouch and cork insoles. The shoe box should not be used as a shipping box.

For clothing, the item must be returned in its original packaging with the tag attached.

Be sure to include # in front of your order number.

Please note, once the return slip has been issued, you have one week to drop off your parcel.
