We have chosen materials that respect both the health of your children and that of our planet.
Our children's slippers and espadrilles are made in a family workshop located in Portugal. Recognized for its quality know-how, the workshop is part of SMETA (the strictest ethical and social audit in the world).
We favor recycled and recyclable materials, responsibility is one of our main values.
We therefore offer a second life program which consists of recycling your pairs at the end of their life.
Taking part in a circular approach by favoring recycled materials and recycling all our pairs, this is the approach that Astrid and Alexandre decided to adopt by creating Angarde. Our women's shoe models are timeless, elegant but comfortable, durable and have a low environmental impact.

Eco-responsible shoes, kesako?
Angarde is a French brand that was created to consume better, differently. Indeed, our first model, the espadrille, was designed by Astrid and Alexandre, originally from the Basque Country, to last over time, as opposed to classic espadrilles which rarely last more than one summer. Low-impact or recycled and sustainable raw materials sourced in Europe, European production, and pairs that you can recycle when they are at the end of their life.
Women's espadrille
This is the first model imagined by Astrid and Alexandre, co-founders of the brand. This eco-responsible shoe is distinguished by its water-resistant rubber outsole, which will allow your pair to last you for years. Recycled linen, recycled PET or recycled cotton, our Angarde espadrilles are made from environmentally friendly, breathable and innovative materials, for an ultra comfortable shoe.
Women's sneakers
In vegetable leather from grape, cactus or pineapple, the materials used for our eco-responsible sneakers are vegan and low-polluting, for an even lower impact on the environment! These innovative materials make our sneaker breathable and very comfortable, always in a simple and clean design.
Women's slippers
Our women's slippers are made from natural and eco-responsible materials, mainly recycled wool. Our best seller will accompany you in winter and summer, thanks to this thermo-regulating material.
The women's mule
This summer shoe will be perfect to wear indoors and outdoors. Ultra trendy, they are made from high-end recycled linen, and will fit your foot perfectly. Casual at the beach, chic on a summer evening or chill at home, they will suit all styles!
