Deliveries & Returns

For delivery in metropolitan France , you can choose:

- Delivery to a pickup point via Shop2Shop is free for orders over €90; otherwise, it costs €3.90. This option is also available for Belgium through Mondial Relay. Please note that if you choose delivery to a pick-up locker, the processing time is 3 days (including weekends and holidays). If you opt for "classic" delivery to a pickup point (like a store, for example), the processing time is 7 days.

- Home delivery is available for €5.90. This option is also available for Belgium.

- Chronopost express delivery (€10)

For the Eurozone, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, home delivery is available via Colissimo for €10, or express delivery via DHL for €20.

For the rest of the world, we offer express delivery via DHL for €20. If the delivery country is not part of the European Union, customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times vary based on the location, the time of the order, and the selected delivery method.

For delivery in France : 1 to 5 working days depending on the method selected.

For delivery in the Euro zone : Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy: 3-5 days depending on the selected method. For the rest of EU countries: 4-10 days depending on the country and method selected.

For the rest of the world : 5-10 days depending on the method selected.

Our delivery times do not account for order preparation time, which can vary from 24 to 48 hours (standard business days). Orders placed before 11 AM are usually prepared the same day.

Returns are free from Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Luxembourg, within 30 days. Beyond this period, no items will be exchanged. We take care of the return label (the first one only). If you wish to make a second return, please contact our customer service at contact@angarde.fr.

Your item must be returned in perfect condition. For shoes, the insoles and outsoles must be in very good condition, in the original box with the transport pouch and cork insoles. The shoe box should not be used as a shipping box.

For clothing, the item must be returned in its original packaging, with the tag attached.

The return costs, amounting to €3.90, are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted at the time of reimbursement. You have 30 days.

We do not offer exchanges for the rest of the world. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it for a refund and make a new purchase, within 30 days.
