Delivery methods & costs

For delivery within mainland France, you can choose between:
- Pickup point delivery via Shop2Shop – free for orders over 110€, otherwise 3.90€. Please note: if you select a“Pick Up” locker (self-service), the parcel will remain available for 3 days (including weekends and public holidays). If you select a “classic” pickup point (e.g. a partner store), the parcel will remain available for 7 days.
- Home delivery for 5.90€.
- Express delivery via Chronopost for 10€.
For Belgium:
- Pickup point delivery via Mondial Relay – free for orders over 110€, otherwise 3.90€. Please note: if you select a locker, the parcel will remain available for 3 days (including weekends and public holidays). For a classic pickup point, the parcel will remain available for 7 days.
- Home delivery for 5.90€.
- Express delivery for 20€.
For Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Germany:
- Pickup point delivery via Mondial Relay – free for orders over 110€, otherwise 3.90€. Same conditions apply: 3 days for lockers and 7 daysfor classic pickup points.
- Home delivery for 10€.
- Express delivery for 20€.
For the United States: express home delivery is free of charge. However, please note that custom duties or import taxes may apply upon arrival of the parcel, in accordance with the regulations in the destination country. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
For the rest of the Euro zone, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland: home delivery via Colissimo for 10€, or express delivery via DHL for 20€.
For the rest of the world: express delivery via DHL for 20€. Please note: if the destination country is outside the European Union, custom duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times vary based on the location, the time of the order, and the selected delivery method.
For delivery in France : 1 to 5 working days depending on the method selected.
For delivery in the Euro zone : Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy: 3-5 days depending on the selected method. For the rest of EU countries: 4-10 days depending on the country and method selected.
For the rest of the world : 5-10 days depending on the method selected.
Our delivery times do not account for order preparation time, which can vary from 24 to 48 hours (standard business days). Orders placed before 11 AM are usually prepared the same day.

For the holiday season, exchanges and refunds are available until January 15th, 2025!
Free exchange from France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg

Returns are free from Metropolitan France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and Luxembourg, within 30 days. Beyond this period, no items will be exchanged. We take care of the return label (the first one only). If you wish to make a second return, please contact our customer service at contact@angarde.fr.
Your item must be returned in perfect condition. For shoes, the insoles and outsoles must be in very good condition, in the original box with the transport pouch and cork insoles. The shoe box should not be used as a shipping box.
For clothing, the item must be returned in its original packaging, with the tag attached.
Your new item will be shipped as soon as your return package has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Paid refunds from France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg

The return costs, amounting to 3.90€, are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted at the time of reimbursement. You have 30 days. (Except during the end-of-year period, when orders placed between November 12th and December 16th may be returned until January 15th of the following year).
Refund from the rest of the world

We do not offer exchanges for the rest of the world. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it for a refund and make a new purchase, within 30 days.

The return label to generate for shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Please note if your order was delivered to a relay point and you request an exchange it will automatically be delivered to the same relay point. If you wish to change the return address, please contact us at contact@angarde.fr
