Hand wash with a sponge, soap and water. Air dry, away from sunlight, with newspaper as padding to help the mules regain their shape.
When you take your mules off, we recommend replacing the paper originally placed in your mules: it will absorb the moisture from your mules and thus preserve their shape.

Delivery fees: free for orders over 90€ in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Germany— otherwise starting from 3.90€.
Exchanges: free within 30 days in mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Returns: refunds are available within 30 days. A 3.90€ return fee applies and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Returns for a refund are at the customer’s expense for other countries (exchanges are not available).
