A recycled cotton pouch is included in your package to transport your pairs when traveling.

After removing the insole, hand wash with a sponge, water and soap, or machine wash at 30°C delicate without spinning. Preferably, wash in a net or the Guppyfriend bag offered on the site. Air dry and away from the sun with newspaper padding so that the espadrilles regain their shape.
When you remove your espadrilles, we advise you to replace the paper initially present in your espadrilles: it will absorb the moisture from your esparilles and thus preserve their shape.

Shipping: orders are dispatched within 48 business hours.
Delivery fees: free for orders over 110€ in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Germany, otherwise starting from 2.90€.
Exchanges: free within 30 days in mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Returns: refunds are available within 30 days. A 3.90€ return fee applies and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Returns for a refund are at the customer’s expense for other countries (exchanges are not available).
