Before you start wearing your Angarde slippers, we recommend waterproofing them with our "Eco Anti-Stain Protector" spray, which you can find in the "Accessories" > "Care" section of the website, or in the "special basket offers" at checkout. If you get a stain on the wool-loop upper part of your slippers, you can remove it with a sponge, lukewarm water, and mild soap. Do not soak them, as the wool loop could become damaged. Let them air-dry away from heat and direct sunlight. The leather inserts can be cared for with a special leather milk. The insole of our slippers is removable. If it becomes too worn or dirty and you wish to replace it, you can purchase a new pair on our website. For more details, please refer to our dedicated care page in the website footer.
When you take off your slippers, we recommend replacing the tissue paper that was originally inside them: it will help absorb moisture and preserve their shape.
This pair of slippers can also be cleaned at a dry cleaner (don’t forget to remove the insole first). For optimal durability, we recommend professional dry cleaning.

Shipping: orders are dispatched within 48 business hours.
Delivery fees: free for orders over 90€ in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Germany— otherwise starting from 3.90€.
Exchanges: free within 30 days in mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Returns: refunds are available within 30 days. A 3.90€ return fee applies and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Returns for a refund are at the customer’s expense for other countries (exchanges are not available).
