This model is small. We recommend taking one size larger than your usual size. Not sure about the size? Try our cork insoles! Thin cork inserts to slip under your existing insoles help you gain half a size if your pair feels a little big. When you add a pair to your cart, we’ll suggest adding them for €0.90. Please note: they do not replace your regular insoles.

To clean your slippers, you can wash them by hand using warm soapy water and a sponge. Let them air dry. Our slippers have a removable wool insole that can also be washed separately in warm soapy water. To do this, simply remove the insole from the slipper and wash it by hand using a mild detergent.

Delivery fees: free for orders over 110€ in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Germany, otherwise starting from 2.90€.
Exchanges: free within 30 days in mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Returns: refunds are available within 30 days. A 3.90€ return fee applies and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Returns for a refund are at the customer’s expense for other countries (exchanges are not available).

For these models, we have chosen a GOTS certified organic cotton terry lining. The Global Organic Textile Standard label is the most demanding in terms of quality criteria for organic cotton fabrics. It focuses on both the cultivation of cotton and all stages of textile production. Our Poveda workshop in Portugal has been certified by this label and has received GOTS certification. This means that this organic cotton fleece is clean from A to Z, at every stage of its production!
