We recommend regularly waterproofing your leather slippers to best protect them from stains and dirt.

To make your slippers last longer, you can use our wooden shoe trees when you're not wearing them. To clean the leather exterior of these slippers, our special nubuck eraser is ideal. Finally, the insole of these slippers is removable: if you wish to replace it, you can order a new one from our website. For more details, please visit our dedicated care page in the website footer.
When you take off your slippers, we advise you to replace the paper that was originally in your slippers: it will absorb the moisture from your slippers and thus preserve their shape.

Shipping: orders are dispatched within 48 business hours.
Delivery fees: free for orders over 110€ in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Germany, otherwise starting from 2.90€.
Exchanges: free within 30 days in mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Returns: refunds are available within 30 days. A 3.90€ return fee applies and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Returns for a refund are at the customer’s expense for other countries (exchanges are not available).
