If you’re between two sizes, choose the larger one. Otherwise, pick your usual size. So if you’re between 38 and 39, go for 39. Not sure about the size? Try our cork insoles! Thin cork inserts to slip under your existing insoles help you gain half a size if your pair feels a little big. When you add a pair to your cart, we’ll suggest adding them for €0.90. Please note: they do not replace your regular insoles.

A recycled cotton pouch is included in your parcel to carry your pairs when travelling.

Care

You can wash your slippers by hand in warm soapy water using a sponge. Air dry them. Our slippers have a removable wool insole. You can therefore wash it separately also in warm water and soap.
When you remove your slippers, we advise you to replace the paper initially present in your slippers: it will absorb the moisture from your slippers and thus preserve their shape.

Shipping: orders are dispatched within 48 business hours.
Delivery fees: free for orders over 110€ in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Germany, otherwise starting from 4.50€.
Exchanges: free within 30 days in mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Returns: refunds are available within 30 days. A 3.90€ return fee applies and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Returns for a refund are at the customer’s expense for other countries (exchanges are not available).

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the most demanding label in terms of quality criteria for organic cotton fabrics. It covers not only the cultivation of the cotton but also every stage of textile production. Our partner workshop, Poveda, in Portugal, has been audited and certified by GOTS. This means our organic cotton fleece is clean from A to Z : at every step of its production!
