If you’re between two sizes, choose the larger one. Otherwise, pick your usual size. So if you’re between 38 and 39, go for 39. Not sure about the size? Try our cork insoles! Thin cork inserts to slip under your existing insoles help you gain half a size if your pair feels a little big. When you add a pair to your cart, we’ll suggest adding them for €0.90. Please note: they do not replace your regular insoles.

A recycled cotton pouch is included in your package to transport your pairs when traveling.

Wipe your slippers with a very slightly damp soft cloth or rub them gently with a nail brush, water and Marseille soap. Dry them in the open air, away from sunlight and a heat source, with newspaper inside so that the slippers regain their shape.
When you take off your slippers, we advise you to replace the paper initially present in your slippers: it will absorb the moisture from your slippers and thus preserve their shape.

Delivery fees: free for orders over 110€ in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Germany, otherwise starting from 2.90€.
Exchanges: free within 30 days in mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Returns: refunds are available within 30 days. A 3.90€ return fee applies and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Returns for a refund are at the customer’s expense for other countries (exchanges are not available).

For these models, we have chosen a GOTS certified organic cotton terry lining. The Global Organic Textile Standard label is the most demanding in terms of quality criteria for organic cotton fabrics. It focuses on both the cultivation of cotton and all stages of textile production. Our Poveda workshop in Portugal has been quality-tested by this label and has received GOTS certification. This means that this organic cotton fleece is clean from A to Z, at every stage of its production!
