Before you start wearing your Angarde slippers, we recommend waterproofing them with our "Eco-friendly stain protector" spray, which you can find in the "Accessories" > "Care" section of the website, or in the "special basket offers" section of your basket. If you have stained the upper part of your slippers' wool terrycloth, you can remove it with a sponge, warm water, and soap. Do not soak them, as the terrycloth could become damaged. Air dry them away from heat and light. The leather inserts can be maintained with a special leather lotion. The insole of our slippers is removable. If it is too worn or dirty, and you wish to replace it, you can purchase a new pair on our website. For more details, see our dedicated care page in the footer of the site.
When you remove your slippers, we recommend replacing the paper initially present in your slippers: it will absorb the moisture from your slippers and thus preserve their shape.
This pair of slippers can also be dry cleaned (don't forget to remove the insole first). For optimal durability, choose professional dry cleaning.

Exchanges: free within 30 days in mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Returns: refunds are available within 30 days. A 3.90€ return fee applies and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Returns for a refund are at the customer’s expense for other countries (exchanges are not available).
