Après avoir broyé des bouteilles en plastique usagées, un fil textile est tissé pour constituer une matière textile. Celle-ci ressemble à de la toile de coton mais elle se nettoie plus facilement, tout en étant respirante.
Il faut environ 3 bouteilles en plastique usagées pour réaliser la partie supérieure (l’empeigne) de votre Espadrille R.
