Before starting to wear your Angarde mules, we recommend that you waterproof them with our "Eco Stain Protector" spray which can be found in the "Accessories" > "Maintenance" section of the site, or in "special offers basket" at the cart. If you have stained the upper velvet part of your slippers, you can remove it with a sponge, warm water and soap. Dry them in the open air away from heat and light. The insole of our slippers is removable. If it is too worn or dirty, and you wish to change it, you can purchase a new pair on our site. For more details, see our dedicated maintenance page in the footer of the site.

- Free exchange within 30 days in mainland France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
