Use in “hot” mode :
- Take the inner bag out of its linen cover.
- Moisten the inner bag with a little water or place it next to a heat-resistant container with a little water.
- Place everything in a microwave or traditional oven (Microwave: 1-3 min at 600W / Oven: 5-10 min at 125°C)
- Place the bag back in its cover. The wheat inside the bag captures the heat and rebroadcasts it for up to 40 minutes.
- Allow the bag to cool before reheating it again.
Use in “cold” mode :
- Take the inner bag out of its linen cover.
- Place the inner bag in a container, then put everything in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
