Before wearing your Angarde slippers for the first time, we recommend waterproofing them with our "Eco Stain Protector" spray, available in the "Accessories" > "Care" section of the website, or as a "special basket offer" at checkout. If you get a stain on the wool boucle upper, gently clean it with a sponge, lukewarm water, and mild soap. Do not soak them, as the boucle material could be damaged. Let them air dry, away from direct heat or sunlight. The leather inserts can be maintained using a leather care lotion. The insole of our slippers is removable. If it becomes too worn or stained and you wish to replace it, you can purchase a new pair directly from our website. For more information, please refer to our dedicated care page in the website footer.
When you take off your slippers, we recommend placing the original paper stuffing back inside: it will help absorb any moisture and preserve their shape.
This pair of slippers can also be professionally cleaned (remember to remove the insole first). For optimal durability, we recommend professional dry cleaning.

Delivery fees: free for orders over 90€ in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Germany— otherwise starting from 3.90€.
Exchanges: free within 30 days in mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Returns: refunds are available within 30 days. A 3.90€ return fee applies and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Returns for a refund are at the customer’s expense for other countries (exchanges are not available).
