Preamble
These general conditions of sale apply between on the one hand the company FRENCH PALS, SAS with capital of 23,525 euros, having its headquarters at 69 rue d'Aboukir, 75002 Paris, FRANCE, registered in France with the RCS of Paris under number 801117417, NAF code 1520Z, Intracommunity VAT number: FR44801117417, publisher of the site www.angarde.fr and property of the ANGARDE brand, hereinafter: "FRENCH PALS", and on the other hand, any person making a purchase on the site www.angarde.fr, hereinafter: “The Customer”. FRENCH PALS reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time by publishing a new version on the Site.
These general conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between FRENCH PALS and the Customer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the FRENCH PALS merchant site whether the Customer is a professional or a consumer. The Customer declares that he has the capacity to enter into this contract, that is to say, that he is of legal age and is not under guardianship.
The order by the Customer implies irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions of sale, these prevail over all other general conditions of sale not expressly approved by FRENCH PALS.
The sales contract is subject to French legislation.
Article 1: the order
The offers are only aimed at consumers with a delivery address in countries where FRENCH PALS ensures delivery via a transport provider. The products presented on the site are valid while stocks last.
In the event of debit or collection for the order of an unavailable item, FRENCH PALS undertakes to reimburse the Customer within fifteen (15) days, undertakes to notify by email the Customer who has placed the order of an unavailable item and reserves the right to cancel any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, in the event of a payment or order error that may result from an error.
Article 2: the products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, FRENCH PALS cannot be held responsible. The photos representing our products are only indicative. These photos, like the texts illustrating the products, do not fall within the contractual scope. FRENCH PALS could, due to its suppliers, be required to deliver to the Customer an item of slightly different composition from that described but in any case of equal or superior quality to the item ordered.
Article 3: prices
The prices presented on the site or the online store are final. They are indicated in Euros (€) and governed by French legislation. They are inclusive of VAT (All Taxes Included, including VAT). They are guaranteed subject to typographical or printing errors. These prices exclude fixed contribution to postage and packaging costs. The total price of the order (including all taxes and shipping costs) is indicated in the basket. Prices and flat-rate conditions including shipping costs may be modified at any time, without notice, particularly in the event of a change in tax or economic data. Items will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.
Article 4: payments
Products or services must be paid for in Euros (€). Bank charges incurred by the payment, whatever the terms, will be borne by the Customer. The goods delivered remain the property of FRENCH PALS until payment is received. The transfer of risks takes place upon delivery of the goods.
A. The different instant payment methods
The accepted means of payment are Bank Card (CARTE BLEUE / VISA / MASTER CARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS), PayPal, Apple Pay and Amazon Payments.
B. Split payment
FRENCH PALS has partnered with Alma to offer to pay for the Customer's purchase in 2 or 3 installments free of charge. Payments via Alma are possible with a VISA or MASTER CARD Bank Card. Alma spreads the amount of the order based on the following information:
- 1st due date, the day of the order: 1/3 of the basket amount
- 2nd due date: 30 days after ordering 1/3 of the basket amount
- 3rd due date: 60 days after ordering 1/3 of the basket amount
The conditions for using payment in 2 or 3 installments free of charge by Bank Card:
- Be a resident of Metropolitan France,
- The amount of the basket must be greater than €100 including tax,
- To be of age
- Payment must be made using a Visa or Mastercard bank card (excluding Electron, Maestro, e-CB and prepaid CB cards),
- The bank card must be valid within 90 days following the first due date,
- The Customer must sign electronically by double clicking a credit contract of less than 90 days, for which he has a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the moment it was concluded.
This “Split payment by credit card” solution is offered when choosing payment. The Client will be directed to the ALMA service on which the Client can read their T&Cs. All this before making the split payment by credit card. The financing is provided by the company Alma, a simplified joint stock company with capital of 370,307.87 euros (RCS Nanterre 839 100 575), 176 Avenue Charles De Gaulle, 92200 Neuilly-Sur Seine, ACPR approved under number 90786 - Contact: support@getalma.eu
Article 5: acceptance of the offer
Any order constitutes express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Validation of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
Article 6: invoicing
The invoice is sent to the email address indicated when ordering. It is established in accordance with the price in force on the day the order is placed. FRENCH PALS disclaims all responsibility for errors in entering customer information when ordering.
Article 7: delivery and transport
A. Shipping
Delivery times do not take into account order preparation time, which can vary from 24 to 48 hours (standard working days). Orders placed before 11 a.m. are generally prepared during the day. During holiday periods, sales, collection launches, this deadline can be extended up to 10 days. This deadline is given as an indication and remains subject to actual receipt of payment.
After a period of one month from the date of the order, FRENCH PALS will reimburse the undelivered goods by check or bank transfer.
B. Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on location, time of order and delivery method selected.
- For delivery in France : 2 to 4 working days depending on the method selected:
- At a relay point via Mondial Relay: 3 to 4 working days from dispatch;
- At home via Colis Privé: 2 to 3 working days from dispatch;
- Express via TNT: next day delivery if order placed before 11:30 a.m. (no delivery on Saturday/Sunday and public holidays).
- For delivery to the Euro zone : Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy: 3-5 days depending on the method selected. For the rest of EU countries: 4-10 days depending on the country and method selected.
- For the rest of the world : 5-10 days depending on the method selected.
All these delivery times are given for informational and indicative purposes only, and are expressed in working days; these depend in particular on the availability of carriers, the order of arrival of orders and available stocks. FRENCH PALS strives to respect the delivery times it indicates upon acceptance of the order, except force majeure, or in the event of circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, frost, fire, storm, flood, without this list is exhaustive. Exceeding these deadlines cannot under any circumstances be held against FRENCH PALS, nor give rise to termination of the contract or any compensation for damages. Transport risks are the responsibility of the Customer from the moment of leaving the warehouse. The Customer must check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the items delivered and immediately report to FRENCH PALS any anomaly if applicable. Any reservations must be noted on the delivery slip presented by the carrier and must be sent within 48 hours by e-mail to: contact@angarde.fr .
If the country of delivery is not part of the European Union, customs duties will be payable by the Customer. FRENCH PALS has no control over these costs which are the entire responsibility of the Customer.
C. Delivery costs
For delivery in mainland France :
- delivery via Mondial Relay, free from 90€ of purchase (otherwise 2.9€ for baskets below 30€ and 3.9€ for baskets between 30€ and 90€). Also valid for Belgium.
- home delivery (3.9€ for baskets below 30€ and 5.9€ for baskets above 30€).
- Chronopost express delivery (€10)
For the Euro zone , the United Kingdom and Switzerland at home via Colissimo (€10), or express via DHL (€20).
For the rest of the world , we offer express delivery via DHL (20€).

Article 8: the right of withdrawal
The Customer has a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal of his order. The postmark or the date of the receipt of provision constitutes the starting date of this period. Return or cancellation may concern all or part of the order.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify FRENCH PALS of his decision to withdraw, before the expiry of the period, by means of an unambiguous declaration such as an email specifying the following elements; name, address, telephone number, order number, reference, item type, price and quantities.
In any event, the Customer returns to FRENCH PALS, without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from delivery, the item(s) subject to the right of withdrawal (exception made during periods of end of year when orders placed between November 10 and December 20 can be returned until January 31 of the following year)
Reimbursement is made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which FRENCH PALS will have been informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw, either by re-crediting the bank card used during the purchase, or via the debited Paypal or Apple Pay account. The refund will include the amount of the item(s) subject to the right of withdrawal, excluding delivery costs. In any case, this reimbursement cannot be made before recovery by FRENCH PALS of the item(s) subject to the Customer's withdrawal.
Products damaged, returned incomplete, or soiled will not be taken back or refunded.
A. Exchange and refund from France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
The return is free from mainland France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Beyond this period, no item will be exchanged. FRENCH PALS supports return label (first one only).
The item must be returned in perfect condition. For shoes, the inner and outer soles must be in very good condition, in the original box with the transport pouch and the cork soles. The shoe box should not be used as a shipping box. For clothing, the item must be returned in its original packaging, with the label.

B. Exchange and refund from the rest of the world
Exchange and refund requests from the rest of the world are possible but the return label to be generated for the shipment is the responsibility of the Customer.
Article 9: the obligation of the parties
FRENCH PALS, in the event of acceptance of an order, undertakes to sell and deliver to the Customer the products ordered by the latter according to the terms specified above. FRENCH PALS undertakes to verify that the products comply with French regulations.
The Customer undertakes to indicate to FRENCH PALS an address to which delivery can be made. The provision of personal information (name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.) collected for the purposes of concluding the sales contract is mandatory. This information is essential for the processing and delivery of orders and the preparation of invoices. Failure to provide information will result in non-validation of the order. In the event of an error in the provision of this information, FRENCH PALS cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. In this case, the Customer remains responsible for payment.
In the event of provision of an incomplete address resulting in the impossibility of delivery by the transport provider, the Customer will have to pay the delivery costs corresponding to the reshipment of their order.
Article 10: personal data
The collection of the Customer's personal data is necessary to process the order. This information is strictly confidential and is intended only for the use of FRENCH PALS.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete personal data concerning him or her. If the Customer wishes to exercise this right, he simply needs to write to FRENCH PALS - Angarde, 69 rue d'Aboukir, 75002 Paris, France indicating his name, first names and address.
FRENCH PALS reserves the right to collect data on the Customer through the use of cookies in order to improve the personalized service intended for the Internet user, and, if it wishes, to transmit the information collected to commercial partners. The Customer may object to the disclosure of his contact details by notifying FRENCH PALS by email at contact@angarde-shoes.com
The automated processing of information, including the management of e-mail addresses of users of the website, has been declared to the CNIL registered under number 1812326 v 0.
Article 11: liability
FRENCH PALS cannot be held liable for inconveniences and damages relating to the use of the Internet network, such as a break in service, the presence of computer viruses or external intrusions or more generally any cases qualified as force majeure by the courts.

The invalidity or inapplicability of one of the clauses of these general conditions of sale or of the special conditions will not affect the application or validity of the other clauses of the general conditions of sale. This clause will then be replaced by the closest possible provision.
Neither FRENCH PALS nor the Client may be held responsible in the event of contractual non-performance following a case of force majeure, in particular and without limitation in the event of war, riot, insurrection, interruption of transport, import problem, strike, shortage, fire, earthquake.
Article 13 : opérations commerciales
Dans le cadre d'opérations commerciales types jeux concours ou animations sur le site https://angarde.fr/, le Client s'engage en participant à accepter de donner son mail à FRENCH PALS pour le bon fonctionnement des opérations. Les données demandées (mail, prénom, nom...) ne sont destinées qu'à l'usage de FRENCH PALS. Ses informations sont utiles pour tenir au courant le Client des gains des opérations commerciales.
En participant à ces opérations, le Client peut également donner son consentement à recevoir les actualités de FRENCH PALS. En cochant l'option, le Client s'abonne à la newsletter de FRENCH PALS.
