Your item must be returned in perfect condition. For shoes, both the inner and outer soles must be in very good condition, and they should be returned in the original box along with the transport pouch and cork soles. Please do not use the shoe box as a shipping box. For clothing, the item must be returned in its original packaging, with the tag attached.
