Si vous avez fait une tache sur la partie supérieure en laine de vos chaussons, vous pourrez l'enlever à l'aide d'une éponge, de l'eau tiède et du savon. Séchez les à l'air libre à l'abri de la chaleur et de la lumière. Les empiècements en cuir s'entretiennent avec un lait spécial cuir. La semelle intérieure de nos chaussons est amovible. Si elle est trop usée ou salie, et que vous souhaitez la changer, vous pourrez en racheter une nouvelle paire sur notre site. Shipping: orders are dispatched within 48 business hours.
Delivery fees: free for orders over 110€ in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Germany, otherwise starting from 2.90€.
Exchanges: free within 30 days in mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Returns: refunds are available within 30 days. A 3.90€ return fee applies and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Returns for a refund are at the customer’s expense for other countries (exchanges are not available).
