- Free delivery to a pickup point on orders over €110, or €2.90.
- Free home delivery on orders over €150, or €5.90.
- Belgium, the Netherlands & Luxembourg:
- Free delivery to a pickup point on orders over €110, or €4.50.
- Home delivery: €10.
- Returns & exchanges:
- Free exchanges within 30 days from France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
- Returns are easy within 30 days from Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. You can download a prepaid return label from your account. A €3.90 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Customs duties may apply to orders shipped outside the Eurozone and Switzerland. Any applicable duties are the customer’s responsibility.
